So recently I had been giving away my money to things I don't want and don't need and have been worried that I won't/can’t afford/deserve the things I do need and want. For example I have been putting my debit card on certain apps to test the free trials and forget it’s there, so it makes automatic payments, taking away a big portion of my income. I dont work hard for my money which has been making me feel bad but at the same time I don't want to work at something I don't like. Does anyone relate?

To piggieback on what Ms. Anna said. Cash stuffing helped me with saving, and I'm a recovering shopaholic. You can always get those cash stuffing booklets and break down your bills in bi weekly increments.
